Mike Raab has been licensed in the State of Florida for over 40 years to perform business brokerage services. Mike started in Southeast Florida and relocated to Tampa in 1982. For a period of over 20 years he ran his own boutique business brokerage office. Before joining Legacy M&A Advisors, LLC, Mike was associated with a Tampa Bay-based company for 15 years.
From the beginning Mike has chosen to primarily represent sellers and assist them in the sale of their businesses. He works in tandem with his clients, and their attorneys and accountants. Mike has sold many businesses over the years. He has the experience to manage the entire process from the time the engagement agreement is signed until the sale of the business is closed.
Mike specializes in taking to market companies with a selling price of over $1,000,000 but has sold businesses of many different sizes over the years; to name a few, he has sold manufacturing, distribution, retail, financial, service, transportation, and medical related companies.

Dr. Ertel has been involved in the Veterinary Profession for 45 years. He started as a veterinary technician assistant in high school, he served as a combat dog handler in Viet Nam, he worked on a Midwestern farm as a livestock handler as he attended Purdue University and acquired his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree.
Dr. Ertel owned and operated a mixed Veterinary practice in Southern Illinois for 24 years. He sold his practice in 2001, managed and operated a surgical suite for a SPCA Shelter in Lakeland, Florida for 4 years and now assists the Polk County Sheriff in managing the County Shelter and investigating animal cruelty including expert witness testimony.
Dr Ertel obtained his license to provide Business Brokerage services in 2005 then joined The Bradway Group. He joined the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA) and fulfilled the educational,experience and comprehensive examination requirements to become a Certified Business Intermediary (CBI).
SERVICES OFFERED
Joe specializes in assisting Veterinarians in Valuing, Selling and Purchasing their Veterinary Businesses. His approach is to first consult with the Doctor and assist in determining what position he/she is in and what the needs are. At the appropriate time he will list the business for a Seller and guide them with the assistance of qualified accountants and attorneys to sell their business.
He will also assist a potential Buyer through the process of completing the necessary steps to position him/her to qualify to purchase. Upon qualification he will initiate a search for the Practice Type and Location desired.
